Registration

Registration of competitors, download of competition and procurement documentation, and all inquiries are carried out through the EOJN RH system (Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia), where answers to competitor questions are also published.

Competitor questions are categorized as technical questions and other questions.

Technical questions relate to conditions or information defined by the competition documentation, and are answered by members of the Jury, thereby influencing the manner and deadline for preparing competition entries. Technical questions may only be submitted until April 21, 2026.

For other questions from competitors that do not affect the deadline or the manner of preparing competition entries, and are not related to conditions or information defined by the competition documentation, answers shall be provided by the authorized representative of the contracting authority. Other questions may be submitted throughout the entire duration of the competition.
